The level of import peaked at $541M in 2022; however, from 2023 to 2024, imports failed to regain momentum.

The United States was the major importing country with an import of about 34K tons, which resulted at 64% of total imports. It was distantly followed by Canada (19K tons), committing a 36% share of total imports.
